No. hello.fan works in your browser — Chrome, Safari or Edge — on a phone or a computer, with no download. On Android you can also install the app, which rings like a phone call; the iOS app is on its way. ### How much does a video call cost? Each creator sets their own price per minute: 50 to 5,000 credits a minute, where 100 credits = $1. You see the price before you call, and the clock only runs while you are both connected. New members get +20% credits on their first top-up (a launch offer). ### Is it random video chat? No. You see who is online, what they talk about, their languages and prices — and you choose whom to call. Everyone is 18+, nothing is recorded, and every call has block and report.
