About & disclosure
# Who we are, and why we say so

## Who publishes thebestplatform.com?

Premiums Only LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are the company behind [hello.fan](https://thebestplatform.com/hello-fan/) and [store.fan](https://thebestplatform.com/store-fan/), and part of the [Creator Fan Network](https://creatorfannetwork.com/). This site recommends our own platforms — that is the point of it — and every page says so.

## How do we write?

- **Facts only.** Prices, shares, limits and rules come straight from each platform's own terms. This site was last updated in October 2026.
- **No invented numbers.** No made-up ratings, reviews, testimonials, user counts or "creators earn $X" claims. Money appears only in labelled examples built from real prices.
- **Honest about fit.** Every guide says when another kind of tool fits better.
- **Other services by their model,** checked on their official pages — not their fees, which change often.
- **Real screenshots.** The phones and browser windows on this site show the platforms' real screens.

## How do I contact you?

For hello.fan, use [hello.fan/contact](https://hello.fan/contact?utm_source=thebestplatform.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=about&utm_content=body). For store.fan, use [store.fan/support](https://store.fan/support?utm_source=thebestplatform.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=about&utm_content=body).

## Rules that apply everywhere

hello.fan is for adults (18+) and allows no adult content, ever. Sexually explicit content, nudity, sexual services and conversations intended primarily for sexual gratification are strictly prohibited.
